• Name & Meaning: “Panviman” comes from two Thai words: Pan (Alike) + Viman (Paradise), so together meaning something like “Paradise Alike.” 

• Locations: Part of the Panviman Group of Resorts, which has properties in Koh Phangan and Chiang Mai. The Koh Phangan site is famous as an island retreat; Chiang Mai is more mountain/forest spa style.

• Where: The resort is on a hillside above Thong Nai Pan Noi Beach (and views over Thong Nai Pan Bay) on Koh Phangan, in the Surat Thani province. It’s perched on a cliff that gives panoramic ocean views.  

• Access: Guests can reach Panviman via a combination of land & sea transfer; for instance, from Koh Samui Airport, then to Petcharat Pier and a speedboat ride to the resort’s beachfront. 

• Nearby points of interest: Than Sadet Waterfall (~4 km), Koh Samui (nearby island), serene beaches (Thong Nai Pan Yai, etc.).
